Annual Incentive Bonuses

Each year, BeiGene employees share in the financial success of the company via the Annual Incentive Bonus Plan.

The BeiGene Annual Bonus Plan is a pay-for-performance incentive plan. It rewards eligible employees based on their individual contributions during the performance year, as well as the Company’s business results.

Equity

The world is a better place when BeiGene succeeds, and our employees are always the reason we do.

To recognize the talent and hard work of our people, BeiGene offers employees equity in the company not only as a new hire but also on an annual basis. Every BeiGene employee, no matter their role, is eligible for the equity program.

Equity comes in the form of restricted stock units and/or stock options. Eligibility varies on a number of factors that recognize your future contributions to BeiGene.
